I drive my car no more than 5000-6000 miles a year and had a complete rear brake job in 2021 or 2022. I felt kind of blindsided and disappointed when Dwayne told me today the computer said my rear rotors were possibly corroded, as I had the car in in July for a recall. I also had it inspected at that time so as to ward off any surprises at sticker time and was told it would pass inspection in November once the front bumper was fixed (it had some jagged edges on it) which I did.
Dwayne was very good at explaining the results of my inspection visit. I appreciate that as I pride myself in taking excellent care of my vehicle.
I received service from Erin (Belanger)? yesterday on my 2016 Ford Edge. She helped me out tremendously with a problem with my “engine splash guard” under the vehicle that was dragging after losing a couple of bolts. I came to Grappone Ford for a check engine light hoping whatever the problem was, was covered under my extended warranty. They took my car in, ran the codes and sent Greg T. to give me the bad news. Remorsefully, Greg told me it would cost $400 to fix and it was not covered under my warranty. Because the problem was not covered under warranty I was also responsible for the diagnostic fee. Brought My F-150 in for an oil change. Service was fast and also did my 45000 service on it. Had a check engine light come on after I got home, called them brought it back and they fixed the issue in minutes. Just a loose oil cover.

I called them and talked to them about the recalls on a used Fusion we had purchased for our daughter. They looked up the 4 recalls, scheduled us for a during the week appointment. We dropped the car off the night before, received a call the next afternoon that all the work had been completed. They walked us thru each of the fixes and handed us the keys. Runs like a top!
Very pleased with my 2021 Ranger and Grappone Ford's sales. Even in these times of inventory shortages they gave me a discount off sticker plus factory incentive. Since the truck wasn't cleaned properly for delivery, they cleaned, detailed and filled the gas tank at a later date. I am very pleased with their follow through!
